I sent this message to the business owner and received no response. 'Dear Sir, I used your services this past year at the recommendation of one of your clients. I became aware of certain tax rules that caused me to suspect I did not know owe the amount of taxes you had determined. I paid to have my taxes reviewed and amended. It was confirmed you erred in the preparation of my 2017 taxes and I overpaid by $734.71. I have since received a refund total of $734.71 from two different errors you made in the calculating of my taxes. I am making you aware of this fact because you are a business owner and you were paid for a service that was not satisfactory.
