Most incompetent service technicians. Go in for miss fire they say I need an entire new transmission. Come to find out it was just low on transmission fluid. Be careful theyre out to get your money and not actually help

Im extremely upset with Gupton motors my mother who is 66 years old. Bought a truck in 2015. Doesnt even have that many miles. Shes been taking it to Gupton in Springfield every time its more of a charge than what she would expect but this last time we took new parts up there that I ordered for her and they broke all the old ones and told her that she was gonna have to order this from them or they couldnt do it. They held her for extortion. They broke our stuff. Im done with it. You owe a public apology And Im not going to deal with the insubordination of somebody breaking things. You will hear from a lawyer and the Better Business Bureau Im done with you. We have been here for 40 years and the fact that you took advantage of my mother all bets are off. All bets are off , you were nasty people who dont understand the way things work. I watched yall fix that truck doing the same thing five times last year and never get it right because your mechanics are underqualified and not certified in what theyre supposed to be at this point you need to figure out what youve done wrong and you need to fix it or you need to get new management or you need to shut down because Ill be damned if youre gonna take advantage of the older people in my city Ive been here my entire life Im Point-blank never go to Gupton never trust Gupton. I hope that Gupton shuts down for the atrocities that they have caused to peopleThought were stupid and do understand we know
