Surgical Alliance of Middle TN

I had an appointment with Dr. Fisher on Mar 7th. I needed clearance for a procedure. Myself and my other physicians office tried for 4 weeks to get the clearance paperwork. Unsuccessful. I had a followup today to get my test results and ask for that release. It was a telehealth call. They called and ask to move it up. I said sure. 3 hours later no call and he had left for the day. They called him. He stated for me to log on and he would do my call. On line for 20 min. No doctor. Called back. Now waiting on NP. This is the most unprofessional treatment I have ever been subjected to. Update: Finally got my call. He was in his car driving to his next office. And was very rude.

Dr. Kroser saved my life. I went to Skyline on a Tuesday with extreme abdominal pain. After a CT I was told I had a ruptured ovarian cyst and sent home. The next day I had to call an ambulance because the pain was unbearable. Fortunately I ended up at Northcrest. Had another CT and Ultrasound showing a ruptured appendix. He walked me through every step, comforted me and my husband, literally held my hand. The surgery was a success and my pain was managed so well I didnt even need pain medication after a couple of days. After the surgery he came and sat with me every day until I went home. He is as kind as he is thorough and there arent words to express my gratitude!

Dr. Krosher, Ms. Tiffany Jarrell, and their team are absolutely AMAZING!!! After being told from doctor after doctor my tests, bloodwork, images etc. were what I almost hated to hear normal because I knew something wasnt. I was recommended to Surgical Alliance from Northcrest ER, who by the way are nothing short of amazing as well. Ms. Jarrell assured me she would continue to do what was necessary to get to the root of my issue and wouldnt send me on my way without an answer and solution. Thanks be to God, she was persistent and kept her word indeed! Needless to say, Ms. Jarrell delivered and it resulted in needing surgery (go figure that word normal). Dr. Krosher performed my surgery and I can honestly say he had the best bedside manners Ive ever received anywhere! He is so genuinely kind and sincere. He ensured to educate my husband and I on the entire procedure; before, during and after. He answered all questions we had in laymans term. He never gave the Dr. to patient vibe, he treated us like family! I HIGHLY recommend him and his team, to include the Anesthesiologist (I wish I could remember his name) just a remarkable overall experience! Thank you, Surgical Alliance!!

Dr. Kroser did a fantastic job on my husband's surgery. He is very good doctor. Highly recommend him!
