Incredible customer service! UPS bungled my shipment and went all the way to the other side of the country. But the time it was delivered they had been in transit over a week. Obviously not ideal for plants. Tristar corrected the issue same day and had my new plants out to me within 3 business days. And they are incredibly healthy plants. Thank you!

I recently had the absolute privilege of doing business with this company. My experience was pure bliss. Was skeptical of purchasing plants online, but my mind is changed and it is the only way I will go from now on. Tristar left me satisfied in ways that Ive never been satisfied before. Ive rubbed a grizzly bear on the head in the Montana mountains, Ive swam with dolphins in the Maldives, drank coffee in Columbia as the sun rose over the ocean, and none of those compare to the experience I had with Tri-Star plants.

Wow! What a great experience with buying my first cactus. Not only did the cactus arrive way faster than I could of imagined. But the website made me truly understand about what I was getting into with ordering the cactus. 10/10 I will continue ordering from TriStar plants! What a amazing experience

We have ordered 9 trees over the last couple of years and could not be happier with the total experience from Tristar. The items ship when they said they would, were very well packed, and exactly as described on the website. One American Persimmon was purchased dormant and never revived in the Spring - it was replaced with no drama whatsoever which is a completely different experience from other online nurseries I have used in the past. I hope Tristar continues to grow and offer more varieties- I will be a happy repeat customer. Highly recommend.
