        Emmaly and Courtney were incredibly kind when showing me their homes on the lots and different Floorplan options. I visited Clayton before coming to Sparta and the sales staff were reluctant to helping me. Very appreciative of the girls! Buy from them!

        Can not say enough great things about this group of ladies!!! We went in knowing nothing about buying a manufactured home, after much research we ordered a Franklin Home. With guidance from Beth Shannon and Courtney, we got "our perfect" home. We were not influenced to buy the most expensive options... but to make choices that fit our lifestyle. We opted to do all contract work thru Yureez and have been pleased with every crew. You will not make a mistake using this company!!!
