Lengthy but Necessary Who would think that me calling DAI for a simple quote would turn out to be such an enjoyable experience. I first had the pleasure of speaking with Heather. This young lady was extremely friendly & knowledgeable. She was able to quote me an outstanding offer which I then gladly accepted. Unfortunately, Heather was unable to complete the transaction due to not having the required accessibility. Instead of quitting she then referred me to Julia. Julia was very welcoming & helpful as she too was able to offer additional information. As a result, we were able to finalize things without any delays. Humbly, Julia then acknowledged the tireless efforts made by Heather, as to not take credit for her work. I say that to say this If every there was a pair of coworkers, customer service staff, or employees that show the core principles of humanity & support for another human, These 2 Women Are It!!! Its rare in todays society to encounter such people!! To Heather & Julia I Appreciate You Both!!
