Justin H came out and tested our water. Even offered and tested our bottled and fridge filtered water and the results are shocking. Justin was professional, polite, and personable. He took his time explaining the meaning behind the numbers and results. Signed up same day, and he arranged the installation. Great service!

I am very surprised that such a highly rated company would use such strange advertising methods. You can be more direct, and not pretend like you were "asked to test the water" in the area. Learn some new tricks! lol

Chris is knowledgeable and shares helpful information before you can even ask a question. He even had product comparison information readily available. I was super impressed with how well prepared he was to discuss water, treatment, and solutions.

Justin Hansen, with ASAP Home Services Puronics, came out to test our water for us. We could not believe how bad our water was (see attached photos). Justin was very knowledgeable and very professional. He took his time to educate us about the Puronics water system. We literally thought someone was coming to just test our water and that is it. He sold us on the Puronics system. The installation process was fast. The team was professional and efficient. We noticed a difference in our water on Day 2. Justin came out and tested our water after 2 weeks of having our system installed. Our water is PERFECT and SAFE! All we can say is wow! What a difference Puronics has made. If you do not have the Puronics Water system, then you are missing out on the perfect investment!

We got our whole house system in May and have absolutely loved it. Our water was harder than hard, basically out of the Cumberland River. Now our toilet water is clear, shower glass is streak free, soft skin and hair. Dishes are clean, osmosis drinking water is so fresh and our appliances arent being ruined! Even our dogs beard is white again and not brown looking! We have no regrets. Justin was amazing to work with and has been so helpful. The testing he did was mind blowing! Best investment weve made for our kids as well. My sons eczema is gone! 100% recommend!
