Robert and his technician came to our rescue right away! They were both very courteous and explained what the problem was, how it happened and how they fixed the issue. We will definitely call them first for any emergency plumbing situations. Jamison was an excellent technician. We had another plumbing problem fixed right away! I highly recommend TN Plumbing Solutions, again. :)

Great guys! Robert, Gary & Sean. Solid talented team. Ive dealt with many plumbers in the past and have had horrible experiences. These guys come in and get the job done. Professionals that know what they are doing. If youre looking for a Plumber for your residence or business look no further.

Very Professional, kept lines of communication open, alternative ways to pay because its expensive. Would have liked to get other estimates, yet after spending 2K for initial fix which didnt fix the situation, was able to apply that 2 K to the new total bill, so as we say in poker I was pot committed at that time. I wrote this one star review after the initial job was completed 3/16/2024 which read: "I called about a possible leak behind my toilet. I had to agree to the price quoted beforehand. I thought it was going to be dramatic fix for that price. After all was finished I paid $1,850 for him to cut through the drywall and connect the new water line to my sink line. This is a small toilet and sink area. ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS! I will NOT use them again or refer anyone I know to use them. This price was not warranted by any means!" So the owner calls me and says that he agrees the work was not to par for the price. After listening to him talking about his life and business for OVER an HOUR he asks what I thought a fair price would be. I said $850. HE AGREED and then flips and says that I was taking money away from him , his wife and kids. That he has a high overhead and he was losing money on this job. I said ,so you're overcharging your customers to pay for your overhead? HE TOLD ME IF I REMOVED MY NEGATIVE REVIEW, GAVE HIM 5 STARS, HIGHLIGHT THAT THE QUALITY, PRICE AND COMPANY WERE GREAT, THAT HE WOULD REIMBURSE $1000 OF WHAT HE CHARGED ME. I agreed and removed my negative review based on his stated intentions to be fair. He came to my home this afternoon 3/22/2024 with a letter he says his legal team wrote up and that I must sign it before he gives me the check. It accuses me of extortion and that I must cease and desist defamation because of my honest Google review... and by signing it I Admit that I defamed and extorted him!!! He said he paid his attorney $1000 to write it. Lie. The owner SAID THAT I HAD DEMANDED THAT HE GIVE ME $1000 BY EXTORTION!! I DID NOT sign the paper, I DID NOT accept $1000 check and I told him to leave my house!! And as he walks out the door , he's MAD and says " which car is yours...? " (My neighbor who is law enforcement read it and said it was not a legal document, that it looks like the intention was to accuse, intimidate and extort ME! ) This is the owners black Hummer in the pictures below leaving my home. Customers, beware! If you think his prices are high, you're absolutely right! You're paying for his lifestyle..
