I went to look at some glasses and Paula came out and helped me pick out a pair that looked good on me and I was very impressed with Paula's knowledge of glasses and lenses and she is a very professional employee and she's a people person and I enjoyed my visit with her it's hard to find good customer service days and I found it in Paula she was great!

I came to this location because the one in murfreesboro were rude, this one is no different. I came in and the first thing I see is a sign pretty much telling you that if you don't speak English don't bother, they are to busy to try to accommodate you. After the eye exam no one bother to ask if I needed help finding the right frame for my glasses nor explain their specials, I came days later to pick my glasses same thing no one bother to see if they fitted right or nothing. SI NO HABLAS INGLS NO VENGA AQUI, busque otro lugar mejor.
