We lost our baby boy on 3/29 by trusting in the providers at Diana Health. Our hearts are completely broken. We went for an ultra sound and it showed our healthy baby boy was in the 97th growth percentile, on February 19th weighing 3lbs 2oz with a strong heart rate. My wifes next appointment for 2nd ultrasound was last minute rescheduled and pushed out another 2 weeks, March 18th by this time when they did the ultra sound of our baby it had been a 4 week difference. His growth percentile went from 97% to an alarming 34%, in 4 weeks! We were assured everything was ok but they were going to send us to Maternal Fetal Medicine for a more detailed scan to see if there was a reason for this. Diana Health scheduled this appointment right at 2 weeks away from the date we received the information about his growth decrease. 2 weeks!! We trusted these providers to look out for our baby, and they were relaxed with any type of concerns that should have been immediately addressed with urgency. If we would have been sent to a more advanced team sooner then we wouldnt be grieving the loss of our baby boy today. Sadly this is our experience using Diana Health. I hope our tragic experience that we share helps prevent another mother from possibly losing her child.

Diana Health has to be the best women's care/OBGYN clinic I've gone to. Their app is great (you just have to message the admin team to make sure your appointment is coded correctly sometimes, but they were always SO QUICK to fix those things), the check in staff seemed to be super kind and patient, and I cannot begin to express how compassionately the remainder of the nurses, midwives, Doctors, sonographers, and NPs treated both me and my husband. Special thank you's to: Ashlyn Vecrumba, DNP and Dr. Grimm. I went through pre-conception counseling, pregnancy confirmation, 2 ultrasounds, a very sad miscarriage nurses appointment, and a doctor follow up. Ashlyn had completed both my preconception and pregnancy confirmation and volunteered to meet with me as my nurse (DNP) when we started the miscarriage process. Dr. Grimm made every effort to be attentive and present at both appointments where I needed an OB follow up, and had the kindest bedside manner as he talked with me and my husband about options following our missed miscarriage. He then let us go home, change our minds, and found a way to fit in a nurses appointment (that Ashlyn then picked up). While my personal pregnancy journey did not happen the way I had hoped, the team at Diana Health were incredible, and I will hopefully get to trust them with any future pregnancies or women's care.

My experience at this location was absolutely terrible. I had an appointment & sat through the entire appointment just for the midwife at the end to get up & walk out of the office. She came back in & stated that I cannot have care there because they don't deliver babies early (I had a premature baby in the past) & my BMI is too high to recieve care there.. this could have been told to me at the beginning of my appointment or even at the time of making the appointment. She literally walked me through the whole birthing process, said she was going to give me medicine for nausea, a book to help guide through pregnancy..all types of stuff..I left with nothing. No medicine ordered. No guidance book. She told me I wasn't far along enough to hear a heart beat.. I'm 11 weeks... absolutely humiliating. My weight was the first thing checked. We could have ended it there instead of wasting an hour of my time & money. They said they'd do my labs & urine test for "peace of mind." I literally cried in the bathroom of this place. I was so humiliated and embarrassed. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a healthcare facility. There needs to be better screening questions when making appointments at this place to avoid making expectant mothers feel like absolute trash about themselves.
