        I've had many insurance agents with different companies and Kerry is the only one that goes the extra mile and is an example of what customer service should be like. I can easily speak with her directly without going through a bunch of call centers if I have an issue or a question. I am able to trust that she has my interests in mind rather than simply selling a policy.

        After contacting Kerri a by phone last week and explaining my needs, I met her at her office this past Tuesday. She was very pleasant to meet and very professional having all the information and paperwork ready to complete the transfer of my auto and homeowners coverage. The coverage she was able to offer on both my cars and my home were comparable to what I had and at a very acceptable cost. It was nice to get to know Karri and she was a local lady and also a long time experienced agent with Farmers Insurance. I look forward to a long and pleasing relationship with her.
