I HAVE BEEN COMING HERE WITH MY CHILDREN SINCE 2002.. THEY ARE GREAT HEAR THEY LISTEN TI YOU AND TRY TO HELP YOU ALL THEY CAN ... WITH IN REASON AND THE LAW... NOW MY CHILDREN ARE GROWN THEY BRING MY GRANDC HILDREN HERE...

Ive never been one to write reviews. Infact I dont think Ive ever written a review on anything ever. Its sad that Dr Katkuri a nice doctor has allowed the service at his clinic to go to absolute HECK. While Ive enjoyed good service from the practitioners, The front staff have zero care. Maybe -100. Its been 3 weeks I came to see the practitioner and Ive been waiting on my blood pressure medicine to be sent to my pharmacy. No big medicine , no Opiod no narcotic. Just good ole BP meds. Im sitting here typing this with a Templar headache cuz I havent had my meds for 3 days. The pharmacy keeps faxing them to no reply. Ive called twice today and the receptionist Jenna had the rudeness and heartlessness to tell me that they have plenty of patients waiting and they werent going to send my meds in till the end of the day as though those patients were more important than myself. Excuse me its been 3 weeks. She told me she didnt have to fulfill my request as Im free to go find another practice . More Backstory :It took them 2 weeks to even talk to me about my labs after calling up to 5 times within those 2 weeks. I love the practice and Ive been coming for 15 years but this will have to be the end of the road for me as Ive let this poor service slide for too long. Rude employees that yell at you while your life is at risk . No Sir and No maam.

I regret going to this place, because they wrongfully told us that they accept our insurance, but they made us pay for our visit and our lab. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THEM. I believe that I was wronged, because this is not fair. I could have gotten a free physical with our insurance provider, but they told us that they would cover our insurance so we went to them(LIES!!!). Had we known that they were lying to us, then we wouldnt have gone to them. We liked this place, but now I do not trust them ever again. My mom was wronged by going to this place as well and she says that the lady in their billing deposit was very rude to her :(( .
