        I just wanted to say thank you for the efficiency when it comes to unexpected power outages. Today I woke up to my fan stopping before my alarm went off and I was half asleep still when I realized the power was off. Literally within the time of me being able to get in the shower with a semi normal morning routine the power was back on and everything was restored. Before I could even figure out how to complain about the problem I was already back on track listening to my go to podcast as scheduled. Also followed by emails addressing the issue. As it started as a potential really weird way to start the day it was made right in a matter of minutes and I appreciate that. I make a living bringing light to whats going rightthis was a great example of everything we are about! Thank you for the reminder!
