Waited a month for appointment, took off from work drove there only to be told your not getting anything done today...at least have the decency to call and reschedule the appointment...never called to let me know insurance hadn't approved my procedure....not only that but i contacted insurance and they didn't even have a claim on file for me, was told by insurance there is nothing on file for you... horrible experience!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE..*****Lies you never left me any voicemails or emails about rescheduling i literally got a message saying my appointment was at 10am that morning ill post a picture for proof no reason for me to lie...

I would give this place a 1 star. I came in for a root canal my first appointment was in january to start the process , my last appointment was March 27th. Throughout my time there the dentist that attended me was very friendly but unfortunately unprofessional at some point. From the beginning i explained that i had pain in my mouth because my tooth had been broken for a while, later through the process i went back for another appointment & we had to make the process longer because the dentist told me my tooth was very infected & she told me she shouldve listened to me when i told her i had pain because she wouldve known to give me treatment for the infection. So i had to wait two more weeks because of that. A bit after i return to the office & i had an appointment at 9 in the morning, when i get there they attend me around 10:10 and explain to me that they overbooked (which is very unprofessional especially knowing that i was doing a root canal thats a process of possibly 2-3 hours)and if i could reschedule i said to them no that i need to finish my mouth as soon as possible so i offered to wait cause i was in no rush. I got attended at 11:40 and the dentist said she wasnt gonna be able to finish because she had to leave at 2 which was very inconsiderate of her because i waited for them & it was THEIR mistake. So she didnt finish my mouth she only did one side. Long story short they never answered there phone as well, NEVER. The week prior to my last appointment i called to ask if my crown arrived ( because they didnt contact me at all for either crown, I had to call THEM) & i was told i was gonna get a call back & didnt so i call backed the same day & 3 times after that with no reply. 4 or 5 days later & i told them they never called & the dental assistance response was they were busy. Even then if they were it wouldve taken no more than 5 minutes to confirm my crown arrived & to schedule an appointment. i was frustrated because their unprofessionalism is mind blowing. So my mom had to intervene because she saw they were taking advantage & i was really trying to be understanding/generous but they were not. On my last appointment the dentist spoke to my mom when we were about to leave & my mom was explaining to her how we didnt like their service in a respectful but honest manner & the dentist got defensive & became a bit hostile. We left and my mom left a review & they called my mom a psycho for talking to them like an adult with the truth. i really would not recommend this place to anyone ESPECIALLY after their unprofessional response to my mother who was nothing but respectfully & didnt say anything to anyone until she was asked something. In regards to your response, my mother did not make me write anything im my own person. Unfortunately some people arent mature enough to just accept their fault & move on from it.If my review isnt true tell me what part isnt because every single thing that I have stated is true. Dr.Courtney was the one that attended me for the most part. I dont even know who you are Christina, so that says a lot.but i hope you all have a great day & get the customers yall deserve! (:

If I could give them a -0 I would. This Dentist is THE WORST I've have ever seen. Starting from the dentist herself to the staff. They are rude, unprofessional cancelling appointments for no reason after my daughter have been waiting in the lobby for hours, not answering the phone, not calling to follow up to let her know that the crown was there, their dentist work is horrible. My daughter went in for a crown and a filling and it took her over 2 months to get everything done just because I had to intervene since she's 19 and I was letting her develope handling her own appointments. At the end the dentist came out to close the door we were still there so she asked me if we wanted to make an appointment for her cleaning when I tried to explain to her how horrible our experience was, she didn't even wanted to let me talk, she became rude and defensive telling me how many years she has bern in business. I then proceeded to ask her if she care abouts what her clients had to say because at the end we're keeping her in business. My advice is DO NOT GO HERE if you need anything fixed properly. The temporary feeling she put while my daughter was waiting for her crown fell off after only 2 days eating ICE CREAM!!! UPDATE!! Since I cannot reply to your comment directly: No ma'am absolutely not! You are not only unprofessional but dishonest as well. Your 2.9 score along with your response is once again the best reflection and supports 100% credibility of my review. If it was ONLY my opinion then people might believe your outrageous reply. BUT they can read other reviews and conclude for themselves. I wasn't angry, nor was I hateful and even less was I trashy. We were on our way out when YOU asked me if we wanted to set the appointment for the cleaning and when my answer was no YOU asked me why? I then as an well educated person try to respond to YOUR question and I say "try" since you started to talk over me. That's when I told you that you should listen to your clients opinions to which you reply that you didn't need to because you have been in business for a long time. I didn't used profanity, raised my voice or insulted you in ANY way shape or form. I didn't talk to you or any one in your office when we got there or while I was waiting for my daughter, where is your base to say that I was angry when I got there? Your receptionist told you that "she's here" we heard her when she told you. Because when we spoke on the phone I didn't allow her to keep walking over a 19 year old girl as your staff have been doing for over 2 months and I set the appointment and made her aware I will go with her to the appointment.The way you just publicly expressed yourself is the evidence of how unprofessional you are. Your reply alone is a testimony of who was acting wrongly and I have NO doubt that you loved my daughter. NOT because of how amazingly professional your service was, but because of how well I've raised her. To be respectful, kind and collected. Even after the horrible service she received. TRUST me, NOTHING of my conduct at your office was shameful. 2nd update! No Christina! You are equally wrong. I perfectly understand the process as so many other patients with the EXACT complaint. My daughter was NEVER happy, nor was she satisfied with your lack of professionalism. I didn't accompany her to the appointments because she's 19 and I encourage her to have the ability to become independent as an adult. Which she did even when facing your inability to service her in the way you should. Until I saw you taking advantage of her inexperience and I then intervened. If I had given you a 5 star we will not be having this conversation. But people can see who's telling the truth. My opinion is not only supported here but is also in INDEED, YELP & BBB. They can see how your staff reacts to EACH negative comment and how confrontational your responses are, without even an apology from your staff. BUT is time TO LET GO! LET GO! We already have a practice who's accredited by the BBB and has a 5 star rating. -Ciao
