These guys are great at their job and even better with customer service. Kenneth is the guy ive worked with the most and he never fails to help out as much as he can. super great company if you ever need your computer fixed these are the guys to take it too

This place is great. They have fixed my kids' home computers a couple of times now. They are quick, and they don't break the bank... plus the staff are super nice.

I was a non-commercial customer with a hardware problem with my personal home computer. I'd like to rate them 3 1/2 stars. They were pleasant and professional starting from my first phone call to them! The person that answers the phone did not act as if I was annoying them or wasting their time as I tried to explain my computer problem and when I had a few questions for clarity. That is a bit of a rarity these days and I appreciated it. When I went to the business location for service I received the same treatment from the receptionist and even from a worker that was outside, on a short break. I then met a technician. I am so sorry that I can't remember his name, maybe Robert or Billy. He was also nice and professional and took extra steps to try to help me, but was unable to. I would give them another try if I have any other problems because of the good customer service.
