        I visited on yesterday afternoon and had a great customer experience! The lady who assisted had a similar 3B coily hair texture to mine. She had extremely helpful knowledge about porous hair and which products were best for my hair. She even made sure my niece and I had their new free samples so we could try new products, which I shared that I like doing. She answered every question clearly and was very helpful. She truly reminded me of that old time customer service that many stores have lost. She definitely made the experience pleasant and one to remember! I definitely recommend visting this store!
