        Over the span of several months, I continue to get unsolicited calls in the middle of the work day despite asking multiple times to only be contacted in case of emergency. Every time they call, they want to check on my banking needs and see if I need additional services. I ask them every time to add a note to my account to not contact me at all unless something is wrong. The most recent time, I asked if they could pull up the notes on my account and the note to not call was there but they did not read it before calling. I dont want to block the number or remove my number from the account in case something does happen to go wrong, but I dont know how else to get them to stop.
