I ordered a totally plain burger to go and got it covered with gloopy separating cheese, lettuce, tomato. When I called back the girl at the bar who took my order said I said I wanted cheese and she was sorry. A 16.00 burger and 2.00 tip wasted on something that tasted like it came from Sams. A waste of money.

Incredible food, service starts with folks remembering you've been before and they often remember your name! Meals are well prepared with a nice rotation of the menu!

Outstanding! Carne pizza outstanding.Crab cakes delicious. Signal Mountain very fortunate to have Civil Provisions. A winner. Good variety of wine, beer. Lovely martinis. Highly recommended.

This place is good, but they served us the most expensive Caesar salads I've ever had in my life. The menu has the salad and then the options to add protein above... But those aren't the full price of the salad with the protein, we found that's additional to the cost on top of the salad. It wasn't bad, but boy after realizing that we misread the menu did we regret our visit. We double checked the menu and it wasn't clear that the proteins were additional cost rather than just slightly higher to add to the salad (salad was around $11, I believe adding chicken was $14, shrimp $16) this the out the door cost of dinner was shocking. Including that our other visits to the location seemed to be expensive for what we got, we'll probably be going elsewhere from now on. There's just nothing that stands out at CP&B to justify the premium outside of convenience, and quite frankly I'd rather get more for my money.

I love the new vibe, that you can make reservations and the signature cocktail for March. I also love that they don't rush you just to make room for another customer. On Signal, it's wise to start with limited days/hours. The appetizers & desserts are wonderful. Sadly, both times I have had a full dinner (fairly early in the evening), the dish I wanted wasn't available. The chicken dish I ordered instead had wonderful sides & I loved the rosemary sauce, but the chicken was way over cooked. I understand that a new chef is coming in a couple of weeks. Hope the next time the main course will be better. This week, I went back with a different friend and we split the veggie pizza which was delicious...the new chef is there & I think the dinner experience will be much better going forward! Wheelchair accessibility: Available parking overall is limited (nothing the restaurant can do about it), but the handicap parking was fine and there's a new ramp to assist.
