    For years I have had a personal problem with the draining system outside my condo, causing damage to the foundation. Jim figured it out, although the solution will require a lot of work. Still, he stayed with it, going under the pool deck and finding a faulty pipe that is surely causing the damage. I intend to schedule a time for MCS to return to repair the damage.

    No call/no showed the 1st appt; rescheduled to come out for a consult as our rooms had vastly different temps and wanted to see what a solution would be and get a quote for the work. He adjusted an air vent and said there was a $140 trip charge. This was never disclosed when booking the appt or literally touching 1 vent. When we questioned them on not disclosing the price, got super rude and said theyd send us to collections if we didnt pay it. Honestly a shady company with the worst customer service in Chattanooga. Save your time and call Superior or literally any another company.

    Tech came out to fix a leaking connection. He tried for an hour. Left to go buy parts for an hour. Tried for another hour unsuccessfully to fix it. I received a bill for three total hours of work, one of which was spent away buying parts. I was told by the office they'd only consider knocking off that hour if I agreed to pursue another fix on the line (which is still not fixed, as they say it needs a pressure reducing valve). I did not pursue that additional fix. I do not agree with being charged the full hourly rate for an hour spent away from the worksite. I would not recommend using this company.

    They replaced a shower cartridge and didnt check to make sure it worked before leaving. I had to call them back to correct the hand held that didnt spray and they tried to charge me for the callback including a car charge. They reluctantly took off the charge but frustrating to work with.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Per our conversation, we explained that our technicians maintain a well-stocked van, but it is impossible to stock every part that may be needed. We advised you of the other possible issues you may have with your plumbing system and were willing to make an adjustment to the bill to make it more affordable to you. As we have informed you, we only billed for the time involved in making the repair.
