I bought a vehicle recently and was unsatisfied with my current insurance provider . So I decided it was the ideal time to shop around for a new insurance provider. As a former insurance licensee I was confident that I was competent enough on policies and the different types of coverage the companies offered. HOWEVER, after an excruciating period of shopping around I quickly learned that not all insurers are created equal . More importantly there is the fact that many insurers forget to mention details that will affect you when you are in need of coverage. In conclusion you truly do get what you pay for . The cheapest option is not always the best. With that being said, after exhausting many options and companies I decided to call State Farm and it was truly the best decision. The principal difference was the CUSTOMER SERVICE. ( sigh of relief) JOSUE , quickly identified my frustration and matched it with the appropriate response. He then proceeded to LISTEN to my needs and BUDGET. ( calming all anxiety) He then followed with asking further questions about my businesses and past / current coverage . He concluded with advising me with his professional advice. We worked together to find the perfect balance and solution. Today, I am grateful and above all confident that I have the right resources and coverage if I am ever in need to use my insurance policy . What relief in a time of crisis. Oh ! . Did I mention .. Josue revised my business policy and I quickly sealed the deal.
