My experience there was OK, but the service they have provided me was not very welcoming and rude, especially as a Hispanic(customer service).
I dont mean to leave a bad review ,but its not like my bills are free. I noticed other customers were intended perfectly fine

the web site wont let me pay the bill, i have asked multiple times to be put on auto pay and every time i call i'm met with rudeness.
This is a 3 year old post and I'm still having issues. I had a card expiring so I changed my pay method. Your website saved my info but still tried the old pay method instead of the new.
I won't be paying the fee this time either.

We would give six stars if it was allowed. We opened an account for city water and electric back in 2009, the process was smooth and efficient. We had a problem with our sewer draining slow and when we phoned them, they promptly came out. We experienced brown outs with our electricity and the responded promptly with several engineers that eventually lead to a new power pole and transformer. We visit the office each and every month to pay our bill and we always get prompt friendly service. Cudos to each and every employee as we see them all along our city working hard to provide the services that we desire!
