Amie Lee Marks is one of the ugliest and rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. A disgusting person all the way around. I wouldn't give her my business if she were the last realtor alive. If I could give zero stars I would.

Beware of new homes sold by their realty company. They partner with crooked contractors and push you to buy from their new communities all while selling you homes made of cardboard, siding falling off and bent, flooring installed incorrectly and tiling completely wrong. They promise to fix things and they dont. They take advantage of the disabled and colored. This is done on purpose. Please save yourself. Chris Heath and Troy Stacy are crooks. Legal action is in process. It should be a crime what they do to people and The Parks Company must be so proud, using their Christian faith to lure people in to trust them before screwing them over.
