Called them on Monday morning and had the job done before noon same day! Excellent service and good people!

We chose this company based on many great reviews when we had a backup and needed our septic tank pumped. Called them early on a Wednesday morning at 6:30am, were told to text an address and phone number and someone would let us know when they could be out. An hour and a half later, we called back to see if there was an estimated time because no one had called. They said it would be later that day before they could come out. Around 5pm, we called again, called all three numbers listed, no one answered, left messages and no one called back. On Thursday, we called someone else who answered and told us exactly when theyd be out. Power Pumping finally called back Friday morning. Thanks anyway.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, my septic system was way past time to pump out and they worked me into the schedule quickly, did a amazing job with a ton of knowledge about my system and explained how it all worked and how to care for it properly, SUPER nice people. We were extremely pleased with the excellent customer service, septic pumping, communication, quick service & pricing. I would highly recommend this company!
