    Thank you for delivering on the weekend, the only issue with my order was the replacement flowers you guys used. The basket had four hydrangeas plants, highly toxic to dogs, I have two new puppies and these plants could kill them if they ate any part of it. I immediately pulled them out of the basket and threw them away. I guess next time I need to make sure substitute plants I cant have in my house are listed. The arrangement was nice otherwise, hate I had to pull it a part before the recipient saw it.

    This place has went downhill! My wife and I both experienced issues two days in a row. My wife ordered flowers for her mothers birthday and received ZERO help when she called multiple times with concerns about them being delivered. No one could tell us if they were on the way or if the arrangement had even been made. The next day my wife was supposed to have flowers delivered for Valentines Day that I ordered. I called multiple times and received no help or guidance on when they would be delivered. Finally at around 8:30 PM we get a knock on the door and its my wifes flowers. The flowers smell like cigarette smoke so bad that you cant even smell the actual flowers. The arrangement looks as if they had hastily thrown it together last minute because they had forgotten to make it. Also, they are extremely overpriced. I paid $80+ for $20 worth of flowers that showed up last minute on Valentines Day. Terrible quality and terrible customer service!!

    BUYERS BEWARE!!! Placed a order on Monday for my wife to have flowers delivered on Wednesday for valentines day I called around 12 on Wednesday to check the status of the order I was greeted by a terrible woman that proceeds to tell me they have 300 orders going out and she didn't have time to check on mine she said she would call the delivery driver and find out where It was.she never called back and my wife never got her flowers this place is a absolute joke I will never recommend or buy from them again terrible customer service and terrible people period

    My mother in law passed and flowers were to be delivered to funeral home and never made it. They were ordered from out of town family and were double dipped instead of refunding. Bad business from the owner who has a very bad attitude. BBB will be hearing about this case!

    Zero stars aren't an option. I'm from out of state and ordered flowers for a close family member in condolences of a death. The florist called me during the scheduled time of the funeral and told me they couldn't deliver to the funeral home. She offered to deliver to the home and I agreed. The following day I was informed my flowers weren't delivered. I called the florist to inquire. I was rudely told the flowers were delivered to the home. Then the third day, a family member of the deceased(whom lives in the area of the florist) stopped by to ask about the flowers. They were told the delivery wasn't made due to the driver not able to make it up the hill. The family member requested the florist send me a refund. I checked my bank account and there was not a refund but second charge! I called the florist, Stacy, she barely let me speak, completely ignored that she lied to either me or the family about the delivery, and insisted that she refunded me. I told her that I had a second charge to my account and she offered to send me a screenshot of the refund transaction. I've yet to recieve a screenshot and my account still has two charges! I dug into more reviews and see that this isn't the first time this florist has acted this way. Not to mention she was rude and the first time we spoke she told me I ordered flowers that were out of season even though the website listed them as available. I was fine with that, she even offered and I agreed, to go with some inseason flowers and she would up grade them at no cost! None of that happened! What a rip off! Do not waste your time or money at this shop!

Well good morning to you also. Sorry to hear this happened to you. But we don't not talk this was to our customers. I know you are upset, but there is always another side to the story. We are not a joke and we have been here for over 6 years. Mistakes happen. But we always make things right. And yes we did have over 300 orders. It was valentine;s Day. Dear Ms. Amber, I am sorry for what has happened to you. We care about you and your feelings. We are sorry for the 3 inches of ice and 8 inches of snow. We did stay in contact with you. and we could not deliver to the home as we planned. And what you ordered was not in stock ( We did call and tell you that) then when we did try to make things right. we could not get to the home address. We value you and we do care.
