        I lived in Smoky Crossing for almost 11 years (2009 - 2020) and recently returned as a resident and I have to say I am absolutely thrilled to be a resident here again. I love this place! The office and maintenance staff are so helpful, friendly and have been absolutely AMAZING! They work hard to make sure your home needs are met and they are quick to respond to emails and work orders. There are so many amenities here and they make sure to keep everything updated including the apartments and grounds. I love this place and it feels like I came home again. Don't believe all the negative reviews - as a long time resident who RETURNED to live here - I couldn't be happier here!

        As I am unsure of which service request this is referring to, when I look at my service request history, the last one I see that was completed was a request for a patio screen door. It shows the work completed but I still don't have a screen door. My most recent request is regarding the spray nozzle on my kitchen sink leaking, which means every time I turn the water on water leaks down the back of the cabinet. It wasn't repaired today, meaning it will be leaking all weekend
