Speed of Light TAN

Staff in Seymour location is terribly rude! Beds are often not available or broken or there is a bulb out.. the hours are terrible. 8 oclock is too early to close but to make matters worse they will not take you a minute after 7:40 even though they are open till 8. Super rude about it too. It would have been nice to know before I signed up. I am ending my membership. BTW you cannot cancel membership over the phone either; you have to fill out paperwork. There are much better options. I have not been too any other establishment where the staff is consistently completely rude. Service: Tanning

EDIT: It makes me so sad to see how far downhill this place has gone, they are always closed for one reason or another and its not fair to pay so much every month for something you can barely use because of technically difficulties all the time or having to close one reason or another. People pay a lot of hard earned money to tan here for these things to happen as often as they do Still love the atmosphere and what not just really sad about what has happened. Love these ladies they are always spot on and help with anything you need and they are all very sweet. Service: Tanning
