I want every client to have a positive experience working with us, and I'm sorry you didn't have that, however, I followed up on this review & your Realtor was in a medical emergency/ICU for 2-3 weeks and recently had to move out of state for her medical care. I contacted the Principal Broker over the Newport Office where she works & he did everything by the book regarding your real estate transaction in spite of the emergency. It appears this is a miscommunication with how the closing process works with the Closing Attorney. Please let us know who is telling you, you should have been paid on the same day of your closing (last Friday). This is not accurate & impossible with the timing of the Buyers loan process. Not to mention this Brokerage does not disburse proceeds if the Buyer is utilizing a loan to purchase.
