Rod stuck with us through all of the problems we had selling our property in SC. and helped us secure our dream home here in TN. We had countless issues on our end and several times thought about giving up, but Rod was the glue that held everything together. Not responsive. Had an appointment on buying an house, didn't tell me anything. Sold it out from under our feet, and said "I dont know what happened". Next thing I know there are contractors building on the property. Crooked sheisty real estate agent. Good luck on any transaction with this kid.

Called a few realistate company they quick to respond and friendly. We ended up listing our property with Rod and thing are going well.

Amy Federenko Leonard is a fabulous agent! She helped my husband and I find our home in Pigeom Forge last summer (2018)! Which, seeing how fast everything is selling out here, was not an easy feat! She was so flexible about meeting time and really worked with us to help us make the right offer at the right time. She always gave us her opinion when we asked but left all the decisions up to us. She always got our paperwork finished as quickly as possible and went above and beyond to help us through closing! I can not recommend her highly enough!
