The Preserve Resort

Worked with Shay to help book a cabin at the Preserve Resort and she was excellent! I felt like she understood what we needed and answered all my questions! Way to go Shay!

The resort is amazing! View wonderful! THE CABIN (Mountain Romance)we stayed in was filthy chipped plates and bowls, broken furniture, and smelled really musty in main floor bedroom, pool table but only on working pool stick. I would give this lady a 0. We contacted her and she said she would send cleaning lady out but never heard back. Lucky we talked to one of the neighbors and found out different people own these cabins. So just watch who you book from.

This is such an amazing place to stay, if you decide to take a vacation in Pigeon Forge, TN. The views are beautiful and the area is just so peaceful. The Preserve has a pool, chapel and gym. Its located close to everything thats fun, while you still get the mountain getaway rest and relaxation youre looking for. And you should definitely visit the wood carving shops, antique stores and restaurants that are in the valley. They are all great and a fun experience for the family.
