We called John's Plumbing Company for help installing a new shower head and extender. They were so responsive - they made it out the same day and had the shower installed in less than half an hour. They did a great job and at a very reasonable price. We'd highly recommend them and will be using them for our plumbing needs in the future. Service: Shower installation

After six days of trying to reach out to yall politely and patiently waiting to hear back from y'all, I couldn't get a call or a text back. I had to call another plumber. But in the beginning when I called it was no problem, you said to text and I did and discussed about the tub and my problems and you said you would send someone on Thursday, no one came and after that day is when I couldn't get y'all on the phone either through text or voicemail. So I'm sorry guys, I called speed King plumbing and they showed up the same day I called and helped me out. I tried my best to wait and give y'all the benefit of the doubt as a business but I couldn't wait anymore. Wished y'all had better communication is the only thing I will complain about.

Would definitely recommend Tommy John's plumbing. They were very professional. Answered all my questions and came out and gave me a quote. Had my quote the same day and my water heater was installed within a couple days. We're very happy with our installation. Feels good to actually have a plumber that cares for your home as if it were their own. We will definitely be using them on any of our plumbing needs.Give them a call you'll be glad you did.
