        I was transferred to this pharmacy from Reams. We did not switch for first 4 months. Then, when we could not get our meds filled as needed allwe got from Preferred was blame on our Doctor's. This was not true, Preferred was not equipped to handle all the new business they received. They were constantly out or short on our medications, and always blaming our Doctor's office. One of the pharmacists was rude and dismissive. A more senior lady cashier transfer from Reams needs to get out of the customer service business. I transferred all my medications to Walgreens and now I'm satisfied. Using Preferred caused my wife and myself stress that they created. Never will cross their door again.!
