Danny is the greatest. He assisted us in buying a vacation rental. He goes above and beyond to find the right place. At the drop of a hat, he was at properties taking detailed videos so we would be able to view the properties as we reside out of state. He even ctrawled under the house if needed. He was honest with us about what was a good option and bad choice when looking at homes. After finding our dream vacation home, he continued to assist as we worked to make the home what we wanted it to be. He would provide us with contact information to local service workers and even offered to cut our grass until we had lawn care set up. We have bought other properties, but never out of state. Danny made the process seamless and effortless.

Trying to buy a property locally is stressful enough, let along trying to do it from over 1,000 miles away. Danny out hustled and out worked all other realtors I interviewed in the area. Danny made me feel like I was his only client. I had the upmost confidence in his abilities. He is very trustworthy and communicates effectively. Buying or selling...use Danny Mortland.
