Stayed here the other day, and it was decent. Price was ok also. They have private balconies, and there is a river behind where you can watch ducks and fish. There is also a really nice walking trail behind the hotel also.

My sister and I stayed here for 2 nights. The people are fantastic the rooms are good, bed comfy. Great location 10 min from everything. Prices can't be beat. The little pigeon river was right our back door. Rooms have a balcony with river view. I highly recommend.
