We didn't stay here our kids did. We visited a couple times for dinner. As most cabins in TN it wasn't great. The beds were very hard, the furniture was dated, the fire pit was broken, I had to bend the legs back to use it. The worst part was the water, it had a very high sulfur content which discolored the toilets and showers a orange hue. The kids struggled to get a decent shower due to the rotten egg smell. I don't understand why mitigation efforts are not taken to help relieve at least some of the sulfur problems? The hot tub as others have mentioned was not cleaned well. They did call about it and they came out to clean and refill it which was good. My wife and I gave up on cabins in TN due to the constant poor conditions of them. For what they cost for a week, these cabins should be pristine. They are not. We just bring our RV with us now. So much better.

Ok place. Stayed for a week with our family of 2 teens, two adults, and two small dogs. Ample room for a cabin. Never felt cramped. Three beds when we stayed: 1 Queen sized in main bedroom, a queen in the loft, a twin in the loft. The couch in the main room also had a pullout bed which we never opened. Decent wifi once we got a password problem resolved. Furnishings were a bit dated but in good condition. Place was clean, and no doggy, mold, mildew, or dirt smells. Water quality at the cabin was awful - high iron content and rust smell. No evidence of any water filtration. This affected ability to use the cabin's hot tub. When first tried to use it, the water turned murky and every surface was coated in something that might have been red algae. Requested the management company to clean it, but when we checked the next day, the condition was unchanged. Took pictures of the hot tub's condition to the management office and they promised to replace the water. Checked the next day and water was yellow and the sides and bottom were still dirty. At that point we gave up on trying to use it. At no time was there any chlorine smell or signs of chlorine treatment. There wasn't any way for us to brush the surfaces either. Appliances generally functional, however dryer has a bad door switch and took a long time to dry clothes. Suspect the vent pipe is clogged. No problems with dishwasher. Some of the flatware appeared to have been put away dirty or wet but we just reran them the day we arrived. Area was very quiet, but not a good place for seeing wildlife. Access in and out and to the attractions around GSMNP was good. Per an earlier comment re spiderwebs, there were a couple that were missed by cleaning- one on the bathroom ceiling and one near the peak of the very very high vaulted ceiling in the main room.
