        This was a wonderful experience for my first trip to pigon forge. The staff were friendly and eager to insure my stay was as pleasant as possible. The view from my room was outstanding the location provided easy access to all pigon forge has to offer, plus you have quick access to the by pass to go to Gatlinburg. Nearby activities: Plenty of dinning locations surround you, there is a trolly stop that is less that a block away that you can see from the hotel. Plus the outlet mall is less that 1/2 mile away.

        Olga and Scott did not make this a welcoming experience but rather a negative experience. They discriminated against our service dogs. First by asking to see proof and wanting to make copies (which were returned upon request and begrudgingly being returned by Olga) They then threatened us with law enforcement if we didn't leave within 30min. All of this transpired because Scott and Olga decided to go to the room door and torment our service animals and record them barking. While we had stepped out for a min. Instead of proactively thinking these two workers made everyone's evening unenjoyable. If you have a service animal(s) be prepared to be discriminated against, at this location. This experience has left a bitter taste which will be escalated.
