Jody is the best Hygenist Ever!!! Caring and helpful with a shower water pic suggestion to reduce my plaque. Dr Trotter got my adopted son back on track after years of neglect while he was homeless. He saved my adopted son from losing all his teeth by giving him tough love and letting him know he would not clean nor exam his teeth if he continued to "forget" to brush them. Made it my son's decision if he would keep his teeth or proceed w dentures and pulling his remaining teeth. Caring & compassionate Dentist. We were blessed he took on our entire family.

This place feels more like an asylum rather than a dentist. I mean literally no windows, no plants, nothing welcoming. Pure white walls and floors with nothing but small rooms, the dentists/nurses didn't really speak or answer questions either and just rushed everything. It was very uncomfortable and quite scary honestly and i've been in hospitals/dentists since I was a kid, i'm used to them.

If I could give negative stars I would this office does what it wants when it want they will not show up on a 8:30 appt with it 10 outside and then say oh Im sorry there must have been a mistake scheduling and the second time I was told and given a card for my appt and showed up and they said I didnt have appt but I had the appt card they are sorry but they must have double scheduled and now I made an appt 6 months ago for my daughter I have the appt card I specifically ask for after school appt they gave me 4:00 and Im sent my reminder and it says 3:00 (Im holding card in my hand) that says 4:00 I called them and as always the staff got hateful UMM WE DONT DO 4 ON WEDNESDAY WE CLOSE AT 4 So I ask why did your staff make me an appt for that time I have the card WELL IDK YOUR WELCOME TO MAKE ANOTHER APPT FOR FEBRUARY (Keep in mind its October) So I ask to keep the appt but stay that someone in that office needs to take responsibility for the their actions on the scheduling Then BAM THEY CANCEL MY DAUGHTERS appt No reason behind it nothing THE ABSOLUTE WORST DENTIST EVER WELL STAFF NOT SURE ABOUT DENTIST WE ALWAYS SHOW UP BUT NEVER HAVE RIGHT APPT ACCORDING TO THEM!!!! Its sad they will let a child hurt over admiting their mistakes instead of admitting it they just KICK A CHILD OUT!!! DISGUSTING IF YOU ASK ME!
