I wouldn't even give this place one star. Horrible place. They have pulled my child's tooth without prior permission. They are completely unprofessional and very rude. They never answer the phone. Claim they are busy but the one just sits there on her butt doing nothing while the phone rings. We asked for our children's files to give to the new dentist and they denied giving them to us which is illegal. If you have a choice DO NOT TAKE YOU CHILDREN HERE!

My kids love to visit the office of Dr Steve A. Koplow, he is so kind. The staff explains everything before doing anything every time. They make sure my kids feel comfortable and safe. Their customer service and care for the children is wonderful. Its a great atmosphere setup for the kids to enjoy the visit.

Today was my girls first appointment and we loved it. They did so good with my girls, and helped comfort my oldest when she got upset! 10/10 recommend. They are AWESOME and my girls did amazing compared to the old dentist! Love love this place!

Dr. Koplow and his staff are the best dental practice I have ever been too! I have 3 sons and ages 2, 9, and 15 and my middle child has some bad luck with his teeth. Dentists have always been really judgemental and make him feel bad but Dr. Koplow actually listened to my concerns and my son's fears. He made my son feel relaxed even though he was scared and when we had to return for a second appointment he didn't give me any trouble! The main receptionist, Branda is so patient and sweet. She is what every resptionist should be!!!The office is decorated as if you are under the sea and my 3 year old loves pointing out the fish and  as he watches movies on TV.If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Koplow's office!!
