Adam at the USCellular store in Sevierville is incredible. He is knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond what I expected in order to help me navigate my cell phone situation in a timely manner. I cant say enough good things about him and how much I appreciate his help today.

Had a problem with the Sevierville location called customer service spoke with a supervisor her name was Kara she was worse than the store very argumentative and unprofessional she said we dont always believe the customer we give the store 48 hours to respond it has now been 8 days and no word from the local store or from corporate Im convinced us cellular doesnt care about customer service or the customer at all I will be looking to change services now

My wife drove away with my phone on her car. The staff at US Cellular helped us in every aspect of getting a replacement phone and making sure I had everything I needed to be able to conduct business again. Courtney and Adam are the bomb. Both of them are courteous and knowledgeable. Everyone there was extremely kind and professional. Get those kids some Starbucks! Lol Dustin , the manager , runs a great store. Cant say enough good things.

Had a great experience at this location today. We went in for an upgrade and Courtney was able to assist us. She greeted us as soon as we walked. We had recently had a horrible experience with the Alcoa location and were hoping this location could turn that around. Courtney was amazing. She helped us get my husband into the phone he wanted and helped me get unnecessary items I was being charged for off my bill. We will be visiting this location from now on. Courtney was so honest and helped me to understand my bill and saved me money. Definitely recommend this location and working with Courtney.
