We were in gatlinburg on vacation and had some issues with my vehicle. Found this shop and these guys were so helpful! Helped me with a silly mistake on my part but got me running and back on the road. Super kind and honest folks! Thank you from Ohio!

Wow, where to begin.. In short, Christmas vacation with the family, got camper setup, Christmas lights setup, etc. Went out to get supplies for the week and a lifter in the engine collapsed, ran a error code p0304 misfire..cyl 4... two dealership were backed up for 2 to 3 weeks, we live 8 hours away. We planned on leaving the Friday after Christmas. This conspired the day before Christmas eve. Many mechanics were just closed, called Richard and got no answer. At that point I was getting stressed, but Richard called me back. He didn't promise me anything but he said I will look at it. That's all I needed to get my confidence back for coming days. It wasn't a small job and Richard and his Crew, Willey, Wiley, Willy? I'm sorry your name is on the tip of my tongue, but your focus rs is awesome. Anyways we had friends come up and spend new years with us and then towed us home so we can get back to work. It was against all odds for it to even had gotten finished when they did. I was undoubtedly impressed with this mechanic, his shop is absolutely worth you business. Before going to pep boys call Richard first..
