        Waited a hour and a half for a drug test with only one other person in the building. Wish businesses wouldn't use them cause they are so unprofessional and have a attitude on the phone when I call.

        It was great, but the folks in Savannah need help! They had no notification of the change to Webex, they are shorthanded, are behind on referrals and not even aware that the call center is supposed to schedule PCP appointments for them.

        Absolute joke! Felt like the doctor barely examined my issue or listened to me for what the self pay cost. Prescription cost more than the visit. Me or my pharmacy can get anyone on the phone for a cheaper prescription alternative. Waste of money and time while in pain.
