Pam and Larry go above and beyond to help me. Anytime I walk in their store I'm always greeted with a smile. As a single lady they always have someone to recommend for what I'm needing help with out at my property.

Friendly service out front with quality equipment. I have never used the service department. Great place with a wide selection of Stihl products.

I was a certified technician at Pickwick Saw. I wouldnt trust them to do anything that didnt involve cutting corners. Zero organization, the parts guy spends more time on the internet looking at things that have nothing to do with the business, the shop is a disaster area, mowers sit out in the lineup and some of them have no tag, no work order, no one knows who it belongs to, junk in the way wherever you turn, prices on products are jacked up way higher than necessary, the co-owner talks trash on basically anyone before they even leave the show room. If youre a friend, youre first on the list to get service. If youre a paying customer and your unit is on the lift and in the middle of repairs, you get put on the back burner if a friend comes in and needs work done. I leave this review not as a disgruntled employee, I leave this as a tech that puts a lot of pride into everything I do. These people do not! Money is all they care about and theyre gonna do anything possible to get it. P.S.if you choose to use them rather than an honest small shop like mine, tag your equipment everywhere you can. If you dont, it will get lost.
