        was out of state working, fuel pump went out,took service department four day to return my call about warranty, had paid to have truck fixed and was headed home before my call was returned, now I stuck with the bill,poor service and no communication, don't recommend

        I called about a vehicle my wife and I were interested in in advance and headed straight there to look at it. They were aware we were on the way to look at it and were serious about it. The option for a deposit was never presented to us. Upon arrival, someone was test driving the vehicle I told them I was very interested in and after an hour drive one way, they sold the vehicle out from under and it was the very salesman that I had dealt with that knew we were interested and on our way. Not only did this happen to me, but the same thing happened to my parents with this company last year. Nice people but seem to lack integrity. Proceed with caution.

      Donald, we would need more information in order to help you with this complaint. We would need to know which dealership you were working with and who was calling the warranty company. Also, we would need to know what type of warranty you have. If you have the Free powertrain warranty this would not be a covered component. If you have an extened warranty this is a covered component if they approve based on service history etc. We should have been quick to explain all of that to you in the beginning and if that did not happen, thank you, for bringing it to our attention. Now that you have had the repair completed and you paid for it. You may be able to call the warranty company listed in your paperwork and documents from the dealership to ask for a reimbursement. This is not the dealerships call. It is the warranty company. You may also call the dealership that sold to you and speak with the finance manager to inquire further about your warranty. We apologize for any miscommunication and will be pleased to assist you if you choose to call.
