        Beware! Rogersville Water Dept lacks transparency in billing for services. They fail in their ethical due diligence to their customers when they offer a service. I called during a winter storm and inquired about a localized outage, they offered to check it out. I didnt ask about possible charges. They charged me $50. I have a heated basement and did not suspect my lines being frozen. Always ask no matter what they offer.
