The Claims Crew was absolutely astonishing in every aspect of our water mitigation experience. They made a very stressful and chaotic event extremely easy to handle. From the moment I called them they came right out to the house immediately (In the snow and ice I may add). They showed up and began work and told me they would take care of everything and THEY DID! They handled all of the insurance issues and paperwork. Handled all of the damage and damaged personal items and the claims representatives from my Home Owners Insurance company. It was literally as easy as a PHONE CALL AND A SIGNATURE! If I could give them 10 stars I would and I cannot recommend them enough. If you want an easy and thorough job done, call THE CLAIMS CREW.

Ryan and The Claims Crew came to our rescue in the wee hours of the morning when a water pipe burst. Words can't express our appreciation. They saved us a lot of hassle and our insurance company a high dollar claim. They were able to extract the water and bein the drying out process within hours. They are definately 5 Star.
