        Besides the Co op I have never dealt with such rude women clerks that answer the phone Its like being up North. Times are changing so much, sad.

        You folks really need to do your jobs and not be so short on the phone w/customers. We are not calling you for nothing. Especially those of us that are calling in regards to our system not properly working. And when sending out a service rep, two things, make sure you send someone that knows what he's talking about, does his job AND has some customer service skills. Had something happened to my wife, I can assure you it would not have been good for any of you.

        Fast service which was much appreciated! One of the sevice men that installed my gas meter said I won an award for dirtest fireplace ever. Dirtest one he has ever seen. In all honesty, I was afraid to touch it until a professional showed me a little about it. Ha! Thank you for all your help. It is clean and running grwat now!
