        Follow up. Randy finally made it out and completed the job in just 1 day. Did a great job and I'm very happy with the end results. Would use services again. .....Fixed my water issue and I asked for a quote on another significant issue, but 2 weeks later and several phone calls, there has been no follow-up.

        We called 3 times over the past few weeks and the only answers we got is they aren't available or they are on vacation and will call when they are available and still haven't heard from them after two weeks of waiting. I wouldn't bother calling.
