I have my( PH-3466) ready to file. I have been a customer here for over 10 years.I plan my day around this trip.I know most of the employees,! The night pharmacist says she looked up my trip miles? What.. like it was any of her buisness? Then she attacked me about something that is HER problem she needs to speak to whomever can fix her problem. It is obviously not me. If I get one more threatening call,or promise its not personal. After getting the wrong meds and Then sent me home. Then after berating me for atleast 20 minutes. I should have recorded it. It's on their cameras.When I call half way home about it looked different she" told" me to turn around so they could fix it. She has pushed me so hard. Still no please or sorry, just this isnt personal. Im afraid you dont get it. Ive taken the same route for over a decade. She didn't even come to the window, the second time and demanded all proof. I kept my part of my receipt and took GPS photos. I called today to see about what I need to do to protect myself. She answered nasty as always. So I called corporate. They said she needs to calm down and do her job. She ended up charging me 25$ more. Also making me drive all the way back, at 9:43 u turn. No apology even says its 25 more dollars. Even after I call the next morning she did not apologize said it was someone else's fault, she didn't fill it. That I still need to find somewhere else to go! I own a home there? She says because the Walgreens I go to "in her opinion" is not on my way. When did pharmacist start checking your mileage? GPS miles or calendar? I own a home in that town very close. She said I don't live there. I will call until I get the main pharmacist, or just call corporate. I did, So when they see her hanging out the window screaming at me. Maybe she can take some service classes. Then the rest of the mess. I exspect an apology. Then I will give what the rest of the staff that deserves 5 stars . If I do not get an apology from her. I will be taking it on as far as needed. I have kids older then this one with more poise and articulation then to scream at any customer. The NEW day PHARMACIST IS KIND AND EDUCUCATED, has people skills. He needs to have a long talk with this less than exsperienced pharmacist. My phone had better be ringing with kindness. She calls today, More nastiness how did you possibly file a complaint? I have Google.. Common courtesy, use of thank you and please smiling not raising your voice. All should be prerequisites to being any service worker. . The cashier was amazing,

We had always used the Walgreens in Bean Station, but we moved, so we switched to this one. Well my boyfriend's meds where $40 more. So we switched back to the one in Bean Station. I don't understand how they could charge this much!!!! I don't see how this is even legal!!!!
