I was in need of bail for someone. Standing in the courtroom parking lot, I called several online ads and sounded as though it was going to take them a while. I called Small Town Bail Bonds, Carrie answered and said that she was actually there in the courtroom. It was definitely my luck day. She met me outside and let me just be short and sweet...She is AWESOME! Proactive with, now get this, an actual CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE, which is tough to find anywhere, especially within the courthouse scene. After an incident within my household I am now on the prosecution end of a court battle.While trying to do some research on the defendant I called and spoke with Carrie and she has been an absolute delight.For a situation that she is not a part of she was more than willing to help me out and has gone above and beyond anything I could have asked for.For any future dealings Carrie will be my first phone call hands down.Keep doing what youre doing girl!
