        I give this business 2 stars. The service department gets 5, the sales gets 5, but the lady working the claims gets 1, Trish is her name. I had to file a claim on a broken loader and this lady has horrible customer service skills, not to mention she raised her voice at me as if I had done something wrong. 3 weeks ago my loader broke, I spoke with this woman a total of 3 times, each time she acted like I was a bother to her and she was doing all she could, mind you, it doesn't take 3 weeks to turn in the claim and get it right. This location needs to think about replacing this lady with someone who knows how to talk to a customer with respect.
