My sister is completely disabled and will never work again in her life. Has been receiving FS for a long time. The renewal process has become unreasonable and the staff is incompetent, at best. Dont return calls no info given at the location. Now my sister is doing without due to lack of communication and effort from the staff at this location. There are several other details I could provide but whats the use! This office needs an overhaul.

Terrible customer service here. Actually... there's NO customer service here. The two ladies behind the glass expect everyone walking through the door to automatically know what their process is. I went straight to the window to ask what to do. Nobody in the waiting room at all. Both ladies barked at me to sign in at the kiosk. OH! Sorry...and I did. It said 2 people waiting ahead of you. (Where?!) 5 minutes later I'm called to the glass just to be told I needed to stick my papers in an envelope and drop them in the box. Wut These are original documents that I'm not leaving here. Then I'm told there's a copy machine right there so you can make copies. Like, for reals?! By then she was really wanting to get me gone and said here, give them to me and I'll do it for you. Then she said she'd put it in the box. Why?! You're the one who gets the stuff out of the box. I've been back 2 more times to ask questions and honestly, I have no clue why there's anyone working there to begin with. If they can't look up a case or answer your questions...what's the point? 2 hour wait on the phone today before finally speaking to someone so we could report 3 previous phone appointments set by THEM...never received. The customer service representative was able to look it up and verify yes, they never called you. We've been trying since January to get SNAP. We've been denied 3 times for phone appointments we missed but in actuality...they never called. We were told today that there are no phone appointments available. Well, you've got 2 ladies just sitting at a computer looking super bored... maybe they need a more productive job working for the state? I hate having to ask for help to begin with and this is super frustrating and sad. We won't be down forever... we've just had a rough start to this year. Could use some help. But I'd rather eat dirt than have to keep dealing with this and the extra stress it's bringing to our already extremely stressful situation. Zero stars would be generous
